Getting Started With Us is Easy:

Step 1

One of our expert property managers will carry out a thorough discovery call with you to determine what is important to you as a landlord.

Step 2

We will then carry out a site visit which is where we can check off everything is in order. They will make you an offer to rent your property from you for an initial 12 months using a property management agreement. If required, we will install additional smoke and heat alarms – the safety of our tenants is a top priority for us!

Step 3

Furthermore we organise and pay for annual Gas Safety Certificates, EPC, PAT testing and maintenance. Where required we will fit fire doors if the property needs them to be compliant and safe. As soon as our agreement with you starts, we spend our own funds on decorating, furnishing and adding little touches needed to keep the property homely and at a high quality. All of this increases the value of your home and will not cost you a penny!

Step 4

When your home is ready we invite residents to come and view it. This is time for you to begin enjoying our Rent 12/365 service, the rent is paid on or before the agreed rental date. No more stress or hassle of renewing tenancies, sit back and enjoy your income.
