One common misconception is we don't work with agents, far from it! Agents like you, our goal is to take care of each landlords investment, ensure the property is well kept and ensure that the property provides the highest standard of living accommodation for all residents.

We work alongside a number of letting agents throughout the Midlands, including large well established agencies who have various branches throughout the UK, as well as many more independent letting agents to provide high quality, long term accommodation for our clients. Our clients generally secure properties for 12 months with a view to a long term agreement between 3, 4 or 5 years. During the term we fully guarantee the rent and there will be no missed payments to you or your landlord. This will ensure you have a happy landlord, who in return will continue to want to use you as their agent!
We do not charge you any fees, if there are any we are happy for you to keep them all. We work with you and not in competition or against with you!
